I am absolutely fascinated by things that have proven to keep you healthy and alive. many days, I watch the Dr. Oz show, who initially sparked my interest in being healthy. I have always loved my veggies and fruits, but Dr. Oz opened a whole new world to me. I take notes everytime I watch his show, and every time I make sure to inform others about what I have learned.
